Terms and Conditions

This General Terms apply to every sale we do. The acceptance of your order doesn’t mean that we accept any converse purchase terms. This is also valid in the case they don’t contradict each other. We are authorized, to step down from our terms and conditions. Please contact us immediately if you got any claims after receiving the product.


Use on your own safety

Hunting is always connected with partly unpredictable dangers. The HuProTex protection vest for hounds is meant to protect them from the main dangers of hunting as good as possible. At the same time it is not excluded that through the usage of the protection vest other dangers may occur. It may possible that the dog snags with the vest on a spiky objects. There is also a danger of overheating when high temperatures arise.
The vest does not protect the hound from every injury made by game, its mean is to safe the hound’s life and protect him as good as possible. The use of the HuProTex-protection vest through the purchaser is to be carried out on your risk. The protection vest is not bullet proof and don't safe from bruises and fractures.


Warranty

Should any of the delivered items have clearly visible material- or production defects, report them immediately. For every other defect accuring during the legal warranty period on the item you have to proof the abidance of our care-instructions to claim the warranty.


Measurement and return

Please recognize that our products are custom made. As long as we produce based on the specifications we receive from you, you have no right claim a return or exchange of the item. We advice you to ascertain the specifications carefully - if needed through multiple measuring and averaging. The dog should be grown out in any case.


Terms of payment

The shipment of the products only results from a payment in advance (only way to order in the EU) or cash on delivery (plus COD-charge and shipment charge).


Possession

Until the full payment the ware is our property.


Time of shipment

We ship as soon as possible. But as we are dependent on precontractors, there may be same delays in the shipment. If we get detained in the fulfilling of our commitment through random circumstances (for example delays in the material delivery), the time of shipment extends for an adequate period.
If the shipment or service is not possible for some reasons (for example through an insolvency of a contractor), we are free from any kind of commitment. In this case it is not possible to claim any damages.


Effective law and jurisdiction

The contract only oblies German law, especially the Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch, jurisdiction is Güstrow.
